1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the WorkSignals Mobile App (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use the App.

2. License Grant and Restrictions

WorkSignals grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and business purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the App, its content, or any part thereof, without WorkSignals' prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App;
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its systems, or data;
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's integrity or performance;
• Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer your rights to access or use the App.

3. User Conduct

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to abuse the App's API, exceed rate limits, or use automated tools to access the App without WorkSignals' express written permission.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

WorkSignals and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights to the App, its content, and any related materials. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Termination

WorkSignals reserves the right to terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including your violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. WorkSignals disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WorkSignals be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the App, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WorkSignals, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New South Wales, Australia.

10. Changes to Terms

WorkSignals reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
