Work Signals provides configured templates to close reporting -> action -> verification loops in your organisation.

Example #1 - incidental reporting

Placing a QR Code near the first aid cabinet allows anybody in the organisation to scan the barcode and report an item as out of stock. The office manager can re-stock the cabinet.

Example #2 - data collection based reporting

Using a QR Code or using the app to carry out a Start of Day Inspection on a piece of machinery allows the user to flag that belts are worn. A task is raised with the supervisor to organise replacement belts for the machine.

Example #3 - event based reporting

By filling out an Accident Report Form, a staff member can follow a guided journey to properly alert the organisation and complete all steps at the time of the incident. Upload photos, record staff nearby, notify management staff who are responsible for safety monitoring.

Example #4 - our organisation works differently

Nothing is hard-coded in Work Signals, it's just pre-defined recipes. If you're willing to dive in, anything the app can do is configurable by yourself. Configure a bi-weekly inspection of the zizzer-zazzer-zuzz and create tasks for the manager of the zummers department 🤷‍♂️. Use the built-in analytics tooling to track that as well.
